How to use textile stamp

Important information

  • The stamp is designed for fabric and other absorbent surfaces (e.g. paper).
  • It contains black non-drying ink certified by Dermatest Germany.
  • The imprint is visible after many washes depending on the type of fabric and the washing method.
  • The ink-soaked pad lasts up to 1000 impressions, and can be easily replaced with a new one from the My Marks refill kit after it has been used up.
  • The use of fabric softener, stain remover or laundry disinfectant can affect the visibility of the imprint.
  • The package also includes an iron-on tape for dark clothing. Simply print directly onto the tape, cut and iron for a few seconds at level 1 to 2 (100-120°C) without the use of steam.
  • You can also stamp on the included stickers, which will last for several cycles in the dishwasher, depending on the program, temperature and detergents used.

Instructions

1

Wash the clothes

Apply the clothing name stamp to clothing that is free of dirt and grease.

2

Remove cover

Pull the cover off while squeezing the PRESS lettering with your thumb and forefinger.

3

Use a mat and stamp

Place on a hard mat and make an imprint at the desired location. Hold down for a few seconds.

4

Dark clothing

Use the iron-on tape and make an imprint directly on the tape in the same way, then iron it onto the fabric for a few seconds at level 1 to 2 (100-120°C).

5

Leave to dry

Before using again or washing, simply leave to dry for a few seconds.

6

Replacing the ink pad

If you use up the ink, simply replace the pad for a new one. Push the old pad out sideways using your thumb and insert a new one in the same place.
